Ingredients
- 1 shot espresso (or 1/3 cup very strong coffee)
- 3/4 cup milk (or oat milk)
- 1–2 tsp real maple syrup
- Optional: pinch cinnamon, pinch salt
Method (hot)
- Brew espresso/strong coffee.
- Warm and froth milk.
- Stir maple syrup into coffee, top with milk.
Method (iced)
- Fill a glass with ice.
- Add coffee + maple syrup, stir.
- Pour cold milk over.
