Maple Latte

Maple and coffee belong together. This is the drink you make when you want “cozy” without turning it into dessert.

Yield: 1 drink

Ingredients

  • 1 shot espresso (or 1/3 cup very strong coffee)
  • 3/4 cup milk (or oat milk)
  • 1–2 tsp real maple syrup
  • Optional: pinch cinnamon, pinch salt

Method (hot)

  1. Brew espresso/strong coffee.
  2. Warm and froth milk.
  3. Stir maple syrup into coffee, top with milk.

Method (iced)

  1. Fill a glass with ice.
  2. Add coffee + maple syrup, stir.
  3. Pour cold milk over.
