Terms and Conditions

Thank you for shopping with Cedar Cabin Coffee. These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through our online store. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Shipping

Canada
• Orders under $75: flat $15 shipping to all Canadian provinces except Newfoundland, Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut.
• Orders $75 and over: free shipping to all Canadian provinces except Newfoundland, Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut.
• Newfoundland, Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut: flat $30 per order (no free shipping, due to higher carrier costs).

United States

  • We ship to the United States with carrier-calculated rates at checkout.
  • Shipping cost is based on your location and order weight.
  • Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees charged by U.S. customs or the carrier. These are the buyer’s responsibility.

International

  • We ship to select international destinations with carrier-calculated rates at checkout.
  • Shipping cost is based on your location and order weight.
  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees charged by your country’s customs or the carrier. These charges are not included in our prices and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Processing & Delivery

  • Orders are typically shipped within 1–2 business days after processing.

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for delivery once your order leaves our facility.

  • You will receive an email with tracking details once your shipment has been dispatched.

  • If your order arrives damaged or lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours so we can assist with a replacement or refund.


CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

  • Coffee (whole bean or ground) is a perishable product and is final sale — it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded once shipped.

  • Non-coffee items such as mugs, apparel, and accessories may be returned within 21 days of delivery.

  • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, in new condition, and in their original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • You must contact us by email before returning any product. Once the return is approved and verified to meet these conditions, we will send you the return shipping instructions and address.

  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 2 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear is not covered.


CHANGES TO TERMS

Cedar Cabin Coffee reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page and take effect upon posting.
